About Attentive Care

Attentive Care, was established in 2019; the founders of this company bring more than 20 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities and complex health issues in Milwaukee, West Allis, Mequon, South Milwaukee, and surrounding counties.

We are a supportive independent living provider; all care aspects are individualized with the clients as our center focus. After carefully listening to the clients and evaluating their needs, our dedicated professionals develop good working relationships with our clients, case managers, clients’ families, physicians, and care team to meet their needs.
